Vidare produceras endast h\u00e4lften av v\u00e5ra livsmedel i Sverige, vilket \u00e4r en minskning med 33% sedan 90-talet. I min studie unders\u00f6kte jag svenska konsumenters efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 ogr\u00e4s som livsmedel f\u00f6r att se vilken potential som finns. Det framkom att omkring 90% visade ett intresse f\u00f6r ogr\u00e4s som livsmedel. Det finns flera n\u00e4ringsrika r\u00e5varor som vi inte anv\u00e4nder oss av. Tillsammans med detta finns problemet att vi importerar f\u00f6r mycket. Vi producerar enbart h\u00e4lften av v\u00e5ra livsmedel i Sverige. Produkterna som togs fram blev tre olika pesto gjorda p\u00e5 svensk n\u00e4ssla, maskros och v\u00e5tarv. Alla ingredienser i produkten \u00e4r tillverkade i Sverige. Av denna anledning anv\u00e4nds solrosfr\u00f6n ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r pinjen\u00f6tter och lagrad ost ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r parmesan med mer. Glasburken v\u00e4ger n\u00e4stan lika mycket som inneh\u00e5llet vilket inte \u00e4r h\u00e5llbart. Maskrosen inneh\u00e5ller exempelvis mer betakaroten \u00e4n mor\u00f6tter, betakaroten \u00e4r ett \u00e4mne som omvandlas till vitamin A i kroppen och hj\u00e4lper synen. Br\u00e4nn\u00e4sslan inneh\u00e5ller n\u00e4stan den dubbla m\u00e4ngden protein och mer j\u00e4rn \u00e4n spenat. 100 gram br\u00e4nn\u00e4ssla inneh\u00e5ller dessutom ditt dela dagsbehov av vitamin K, vitamin B9 och vitamin C.
