Livsmedelskonsumtion beh\u00f6ver vara h\u00e5llbar utifr\u00e5n en ekonomisk, social och milj\u00f6m\u00e4ssig aspekt. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r har jag valt att jobba med FN delm\u00e5l 12.3 vilket handlar om att halvera matsvinnet i butik och konsumentledet. Livsmedelsbutiker sl\u00e4nger ca 97 tusen ton matavfall utav detta antal finns det en obest\u00e4md m\u00e4ngd matsvinn. Matv\u00e5gen \u00e4r ett varum\u00e4rke med syfte att r\u00e4dda de livsmedel som skulle bli till matsvinn i butik p\u00e5grund av att de ser udda ut men som fortfarande har smak kvalitet. Vi g\u00f6r detta genom att tillaga livsmedel p\u00e5 ett h\u00e5llbart och &#8220;svinnfritt&#8221; s\u00e4tt. Konsumenter som \u00e4ter hos oss v\u00e4ljer sj\u00e4lva deras portioner och betalar utifr\u00e5n vikt. Ben\u00e4mningen f\u00f6r matsvinn \u00e4r livsmedel som producerats f\u00f6r att \u00e4tas men som av olika anledningar inte konsumeras. Matsvinn bidrar mellan 8-10 procent av alla v\u00e4xthusutsl\u00e4pp runt om i v\u00e4rlden. Matsvinn kan ske p\u00e5 grund av ett par faktorer inom livsmedelskedjan exempelvis produktion, f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning och hush\u00e5ll.&nbsp;Det matsvinn jag valt att fokusera p\u00e5 \u00e4r livsmedelsbutikernas. Huvuduppdraget \u00e4r att minska matsvinn i butik. Det sekund\u00e4ra \u00e4r att \u00f6ka konsumenters kunskap om matsvinn. I andra hand f\u00f6ljer namnet varum\u00e4rkets koncept som \u00e4r att man sj\u00e4lv ska v\u00e4ga sin mat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Matv\u00e5gen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Min l\u00f6sning \u00e4r Matv\u00e5gen, ett varum\u00e4rke med syfte att minska matsvinnet. Matv\u00e5gen samarbetar med lokala livsmedelsbutiker genom att r\u00e4dda varor innan de blir till matsvinn. Matv\u00e5gen k\u00f6per de varor som har l\u00e5g konsument efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 grund av f\u00e4rg och form, exempelvis fula frukter eller krokiga gr\u00f6nsaker. Alla dessa r\u00e5varor blir sedan tillagade i Matv\u00e5gens foodtruck. Eftersom det inte g\u00e5r att f\u00f6rutsp\u00e5 vilka r\u00e5varor som ska r\u00e4ddas, \u00e4r det alltid olika ingredienser d\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r menyn alltid annorlunda. Foodtrucken \u00e5ker till livsmedelsbutiken och h\u00e4mtar upp r\u00e5varorna f\u00f6r att sedan best\u00e4mma dagens meny. Matv\u00e5gen vill inte bara minska matsvinnet i livsmedelsbutikerna utan ocks\u00e5 informera konsumenterna om hur de sj\u00e4lva kan minska eget matsvinn. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r har jag valt att l\u00e4gga till fakta och tips p\u00e5 hur man kan tillaga eller f\u00f6rvara r\u00e5varor p\u00e5 b\u00e4sta s\u00e4tt. Att influera andra restauranger att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 eget matsvinn och m\u00f6jligheterna med att anv\u00e4nda alla delar av r\u00e5varorna. Matv\u00e5gen minskar matsvinnet samt informerar om s\u00e4tt att tillaga och f\u00f6rvara livsmedel. Det blir mindre matsvinn om dagen n\u00e4r du \u00e4ter med Matv\u00e5gen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sahar Balcazar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag \u00e4r uppv\u00e4xt och bosatt i Stockholm.
