Trots detta st\u00e5r just kvinnor f\u00f6r \u00f6ver 70% av sjukskrivningarna i Sverige idag, 2\/3 av alla flickor i \u00e5ldern 16-18 \u00e5r k\u00e4nner sig stressade i vardagen och mer \u00e4n dubbelt s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga kvinnor som m\u00e4n g\u00e5r runt och k\u00e4nner sig v\u00e4rdel\u00f6s eller mindre v\u00e4rd \u00e4n andra. Samtidigt anses kvinnor i m\u00e5nga samh\u00e4llsskikt inte vara auktorit\u00e4r nog att ta ledarpositioner eller att g\u00f6ra sin r\u00f6st h\u00f6rd. <em>Kvinnors utseende tycks alltid vara en angel\u00e4genhet f\u00f6r allm\u00e4nheten.<\/em> Och de som fr\u00e5ng\u00e5r normen provocerar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:14px\" class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Det \u00e4r en st\u00e4ndig obalans mellan att vara f\u00f6r mycket eller f\u00f6r lite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:14px\" class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Jag heter Kajsa Holten. I mitt examensarbete har jag arbetat med att ta fram en designl\u00f6sning som ska bidra till de globala h\u00e5llbarhetsm\u00e5len nr 5, <strong>J\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhet<\/strong> och nr 13, <strong>Bek\u00e4mpa klimatf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna<\/strong>. Jag fann, under min vetenskapliga unders\u00f6kning, inspiration i Greta Thunberg. Hon l\u00e5ter sig inte tystas av den enorma kritik som hon dagligen f\u00e5r motst\u00e5, ist\u00e4llet anv\u00e4nder hon det till sin f\u00f6rdel f\u00f6r att f\u00f6ra sin r\u00f6relse fram\u00e5t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:14px\" class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Min kreativa designprocess tog avstamp i tanken &#8211; <em>Hur skulle v\u00e4rlden se ut om fler unga kvinnor v\u00e5gade t\u00e4nka som Greta?<\/em> Inte s\u00f6ka perfektion, inte l\u00e5ta sig d\u00e4mpas. Ett ekofeministiskt sminkvarum\u00e4rke som bryter mot sk\u00f6nhetsnormen och grundar sig p\u00e5 v\u00e4rdeorden mod, styrka och s\u00e5rbarhet. Att v\u00e5ga ta kampen f\u00f6r sig sj\u00e4lv. F\u00f6r grunden till problemet \u00e4r inte, och har aldrig varit m\u00e4nniskor som sminkar sig eller ej. Det handlar om att f\u00f6da en ny tanke, omkonstruera n\u00e5got som \u00e4r inl\u00e4rt p\u00e5 djupet och skapa en ny v\u00e4rld inom sk\u00f6nhetsindustrin. Vi tror p\u00e5 id\u00e9n att det sker genom kunskap, insikt och delade erfarenheter.
