We collected the data of the box lunch which is called “EKIBEN” sold at the station and home of the train. 

We collected about 800 data of EKIBEN in the Japanese whole country.

There are various forms of packages of EKIBEN, and are a lot of kinds of foods of
contents, too.

For instance, SUSHI is food that puts the raw fish etc. on rice seasoned with the
aceta, the salt, and sugar.
There is CHIRASHIZUSI with which rice is blocked in one container besides NIGIRIZUSH into which rice has divided as shown in the photograph one by one, too.

In addition, there is DONBURI that various foods are put on rice not seasoned or, KAMAMESHI cooked mixing foods with rice.
And, there is MAKUNOUCH with the divided white rice and the side dish by the partition.
