Hello guys! It’s HASA here. Our real names are Kristin Hägglund and Sandra Karlberg. We are a design group with focus on getting your imagination into a unique visual design. Both of us are currently studying the Graphic Design program at Mid Sweden University. This is the second term in our first year.

Why are we here?

At the moment we are having an assignment where we is to make a packaging for Joel Ljunggrens startup company – BATCH. It’s a chocolate company with focus on innovation, high quality and sustainability from Medelpad. The product is dedicated for true chocoholics. We are excited to have you guys following our first assignment. We will update you weekly and hope you enjoy watching us take on all the challenges we’ve got ahead of us.

Introduction

To begin with we would like to including you to what we’ve got so far, since this is technically the end of our second week. It’s only our first draft and far from finished. Although it has indeed been a long road to get to this point. Our very first presentation for the customer was a total buzzkill. We had managed to succeed with combining Steampunk, luxury and minimalism, all in one, but in his opinion it was to established for his company and missed the feeling of craftwork.

More disbelief

Our second idea was unfortunately not what he was looking for either. It had the minimalistic and craftwork impression, but it still wasn’t rustic enough. We was at this point a little bummed, but we decided not to give up and we are now confident enough to present our third option. Of course it’s not adjusted to perfection but let’s just say it was a rollercoaster to get here and we are not giving up. So this is what we’ve got so far.
