The Impressionists

In the beginning of the 20th century the Impressionists developed new thoughts about capturing light and movement in paintings. In bright dotted colours they celebrated the hopeful future by using trains and boats for motives.

We thought it would be a great idea to make “hopeful” packaging in the same fashion as the Impressionists.

Our package is now bright, with peachy colours and shapes that we hope embodies the movements of time that the impressionists worked with.

The water lily that we are using on the package is a symbol both of Monet and, we hope, nature and an oil free future.

During the next week we need to enhance the aquarelle-feeling aswell as refine our design. The major thing is to order some great paper which inholds the feeling of peach skin on one side and aquarelle paper structure on the other side!
