Setting up the photoshoot for the final Project Henningsson packages.

Alll bad things come to an end, and alll the good things also. Our time with Project Henningsson has been fun and educational aswell as stressful and soon it’s over. Come friday all of the clients will be here in Sundsvall to listen to their respective pitches. This last week has been almost as much work as the previous as we have targeted all the small details, among other things we have made a lookbook and dwelt in the darkness of the photostudio for hours. We are all antsy for the big pitch tomorrow even though we’ve pitched and presented before it has been nothing for what we’ve done now before a crowd of total strangers.

Lessons learned

We stand behind our packaging solution to the fullest, we’ve come a long way from being totally green when it comes to folding, cutting and designing packages. There have been alot of bumps in the roads and countless hours have been spent at school. All in all we think this course and project was great , we’ve learned alot through doing and redoing , thinking and rethinking, designing and redesigning and we’re all eagerly awaiting our next packaging course.

The finale

Today thursday the course ends , we will hand in our work to the teacher to get it graded but in reality tomorrow is the big day, the finale of these five weeks. We will pitch our idea to Malin herself and hope that she feels the packaging design stands for her brand and are all those things we have tried to make it be, exclusive, avant garde and robust. Hopefully we’ll have time for a coffe with Malin before the pitch tomorrow.

As for now we’re doing the very last of the very last , writing the final blog post, preparing cue cards and getting psyched for the biggest pitch so far.
